The Sheridan Recreation District invites you to sign up for one of our fastest-growing programs. All skill levels are welcome to sign up. Players will be split into teams based on age and skill level. Practices and games will focus on instruction, mainly on having fun and learning how to play this great game. Equipment: lacrosse equipment will be provided, but interested players are encouraged to purchase a lacrosse stick. Participants should bring a water bottle and appropriate athletic clothing.
